contact & process

- Fill out my Commission Form (CLOSED) to request a commission. You'll be contacted with a rough draft or for further discussion.
- You can check your commission's status on my Trello!
- The waitlist will be shown on my Trello. You'll be contacted when a spot opens up and see if you're still interested in commissioning me!- Only request when you have all the following details: pose, expression, background, prop, lighting, and high-quality references.- I will start working on the commission once the invoice is paid.
- I will send work-in-progress photos. (at least once a week if I become busy)
- Revisions will only be accepted at the beginning of the process. No MAJOR changes will be accepted after that.- The commission may take a few days or weeks depending on my schedule.- Once finished, you will receive a watermarked PNG of the piece via email.
- Please email back stating your social handle and that you've received the commission!

payment

- Payments are accepted through Paypal, using CAD as the currency, or e-transfer.
- All payments are paid upfront.
- Prices are shown in USD for better understanding, but invoices will use CAD.- Cancellations are only accepted if I havent received your payment.
- Commissions are non-refundable.

as the artist/commissioner

- I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason.
- I will be drawing in my style only, final illustration may be slightly different from my other pieces posted on my socials.- The commission will only be for personal use, as long as it doesn't violate my rights and ownership of the copyright. You may use the artwork as a profile picture, banner/cover photo, or print it for yourself or as a gift.
- You may NOT use my art for commercial use, AI, NFTs, or resell it.- I retain original copyright and ownership of the work given, which includes but may not be limited to advertising and displaying the work in my websites, social media and portfolios according to my discretion.
- The artwork can be posted with credit (do not claim it as your own).
